Our commitment to excellence in design begins with you, the client.

 

The first step in the design process begins with a meeting with you in order to discuss your wants, needs, wishes, and dreams. Each client brings a unique set of values and expectations that we strive to carry through the project. By listening to you, we are able to bring your individual personality into the design. After our initial meeting, we develop a proposal based on what was discussed and establish a fixed fee based on the size of your project.

 

Once the fees are agreed upon, we begin researching the site where the project is located. Each design is specific to the site, therefore, it is important to understand the views of the site, solar orientation, unique features, as well as the restrictions from zoning and other ordinances.

 

From there we develop CAD drawings that will show the plans and elevations of the building. Once the design has been approved, we begin working on Construction Documents to begin the building process. We diligently work with the builder to ensure that your design is built as drawn through periodic site visits.
