This small one story house had two baths, three bedrooms, and a second floor attic space with a steep staircase that was located in the middle of the house. By adding dormers to the roof we created two new bedrooms, a new bathroom, a music space, and a 2nd floor deck (which created a covered porch entryway). The staircase was moved to the side of the house which enabled us to design a mudroom in the entry foyer, and allowed us to put an "Irish Pub" in the basement under the stairs.
